Careers

Build good software, with people who care about it.

CoreByte Studio is a small, AI-native product team. We're looking for people who want real ownership over their work and are comfortable moving fast with AI as a daily tool, not a gimmick.

Why join us

How we work, and why it's different.

01

Real ownership

You own features end to end and see the impact on real, paying clients — not internal toy projects.

02

AI-native by default

AI pairs with us on every screen and every service. You'll use it daily, not bolt it on.

03

Small team, direct access

No layers of management between you and the work. You'll talk to clients and make calls.

04

Remote, results-first

We care about the work getting done well, not which hours you were at a desk.

What you get

Perks that actually matter.

Remote-first

Work from wherever you do your best work. We coordinate around a few overlap hours.

Flexible schedule

Set hours that fit your life, as long as the team can count on you.

Latest AI tooling

Claude, Cursor, and whatever else helps you ship — budget included.

Direct client exposure

You'll talk to the people using what you build, not just a product manager.

Room to grow

A small team means your scope grows fast if you're good at the job.

Paid learning

Courses, books, and conference tickets when they'll genuinely help your work.

Open roles

AI Engineer

EngineeringFull-timeRemote

Build the agents, copilots, and RAG pipelines that sit at the center of how we build software for clients.

What you'll do

  • Design and ship LLM-backed features: chat, agents, retrieval, and tool use
  • Put evals and guardrails around what you build so it holds up in production
  • Stay current on models and frameworks, and bring back what's actually useful
  • Help the rest of the team use AI well in their own day-to-day work

What we're looking for

  • Experience building and shipping LLM-powered features, not just prototypes
  • Solid backend fundamentals — APIs, data modeling, and running things in production
  • Comfortable with retrieval, prompt design, and evaluating model output critically
  • Model-agnostic mindset — you pick the right tool, not just your favorite one

Cross-Platform App Developer

EngineeringFull-timeRemote

Build iOS and Android apps from a single codebase that feel genuinely native — and get them through store review without drama.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain apps in Flutter or React Native for real, paying clients
  • Integrate device APIs, push notifications, offline sync, and payments
  • Handle App Store and Play Store submissions and staged rollouts
  • Debug tricky platform-specific issues on real devices, not just simulators

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years building and shipping cross-platform mobile apps
  • Strong with Flutter or React Native, plus a working sense of native iOS/Android
  • Has taken at least one app through store review start to finish
  • Comfortable owning a feature from spec to release

Full Stack Developer

EngineeringFull-timeRemote

Build product features end to end — from database and API design through to the interface customers use every day.

What you'll do

  • Ship features across the stack: Next.js/React on the front end, Node.js APIs and PostgreSQL on the back end
  • Work directly with designers and clients to turn product plans into working software
  • Write code that's built to last — clear, tested, and easy for teammates to pick up
  • Pair with AI tools daily to move faster without cutting corners on quality

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years shipping production web applications
  • Comfortable across the stack: React/Next.js, Node.js, and a relational database
  • Can read a product brief and make sound technical calls without heavy oversight
  • Clear written communication — you'll talk to clients directly

Product Designer

DesignFull-timeRemote

Design interfaces and systems that are easy to understand, ready for engineering, and make clients' products feel considered.

What you'll do

  • Turn rough product ideas into clear flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
  • Build and maintain design systems that scale across web and mobile
  • Prep files that hand off cleanly to engineering — no guesswork on spacing or states
  • Sit in on client calls and represent design decisions with reasoning, not just taste

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of product design experience, portfolio required
  • Fluent in Figma, including components, auto layout, and variables
  • Understands the basics of how the systems you design get built
  • Can defend a design decision in plain language to a non-designer
