In Aqib's words

Most products aren't confusing because they lack features. They're confusing because nobody decided what mattered most on each screen. I start with the job someone is actually trying to finish, then cut everything that gets in the way of it. Once the flow is right, I build the design system around it so engineering isn't guessing at spacing or states, and so the tenth screen still looks like the first.

Components, tokens, and variables in Figma that scale across a product and hand off to engineering without guesswork.

UX research and validation

Lightweight research and usability checks that answer specific questions instead of producing decks nobody acts on.
